Diario di campo is a fresco made with natural pigments (graphite, pollen, mallow, paprika, pomegranate, sagrantino grape, blackberry, beetroot) on wall, UNE * restaurant, Capodacqua di Foligno (PG), 2022–ongoing.

Diario di campo is an artistic project that investigates the botanical habitat of UNE, including the garden, the arboretum and the vegetable garden. By observing and recording the environmental changes, we know the presences and the relations of plants that inhabit the environment.
Diario di campo is a visual diary; it proposes to activate a process of awareness and approach to some of the elements of the nature that UNE elaborates in its culinary offer.

The diary is a fresco, a wall map that collects the key points of the investigation and the relationships between the natural elements.
Every plant is represented with its seed, is itself tree, wild herb or garden product. The map is an open work that will continue to host and increase the investigation, through seasonal updates that will change the form over time.
